By accessing or purchasing from PSDMarket.net, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PSDMarket.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase any of our products or subscriptions.

2. Use of the Website

All PSD templates, images, previews, and text on PSDMarket.net are intended for personal and commercial design use in accordance with our File License Policy.
You may download and edit templates for your own or client projects.
However, you agree not to:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute original PSD files or any parts of them.
  • Misrepresent PSDMarket.net templates as your own work.
  • Use the site in a way that may harm its security or performance.

3. Membership, Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Membership Access

When you purchase a monthly, yearly, or lifetime membership, you gain access to downloadable PSD templates during the active period of your subscription.

3.2 Payment Processing via Paddle.com

All payments and billing on PSDMarket.net are securely processed by our official reseller and payment partner Paddle.com.
Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders, managing payment processing, tax compliance (including VAT), and customer invoicing.
All customer support inquiries regarding billing and refunds are handled either by Paddle.com or directly by PSDMarket.net.

You can pay for your membership via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other supported payment methods available during checkout.
Some payment methods may include a small handling or conversion fee, depending on your bank or currency.

4. Subscription Rules

  • Subscriptions are personal and may only be used by real individuals aged 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details (including email and password) secure.
  • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
    If you wish to cancel auto-renewal, please contact our support team at psdmarket.net@gmail.com and include your Order ID or Sales ID.
  • Upon subscription renewal, your account remains active with continued access to all premium templates.

By downloading an item, you receive a non-exclusive license to use that template in accordance with the File License Policy.
This license does not grant ownership rights over the source files.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Our order process is conducted via Paddle.com, which also handles all customer service inquiries and refunds.

  • If you purchase a single template and it doesn’t meet your needs, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase.
  • If you purchased a membership, you may request cancellation and refund within 3 days of activation if no downloads have been made.
  • Refund requests should be sent to psdmarket.net@gmail.com or submitted through Paddle’s customer portal.
    Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, layouts, and creative content on PSDMarket.net are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted only the rights defined in our File License Policy.

You may:

  • Use templates in personal or commercial design projects.
  • Modify PSD files for your own or client use.
  • Display printed or customized versions of our templates in your portfolio or presentations.

You may not:

  • Redistribute or sell original or modified PSD files.
  • Upload our content to other marketplaces or template websites.
  • Use any PSDMarket.net materials for resale in stock platforms.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy.
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed exclusively by Paddle.com using secure, encrypted connections.
PSDMarket.net does not store full payment card details.

8. Cookies & Tracking

PSDMarket.net uses cookies to improve site functionality, remember user preferences, and analyze traffic.
By using the site, you consent to cookie usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

9. Liability & Indemnity

PSDMarket.net and its affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Any loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from the use of our website or templates.
  • Technical interruptions, delays, or errors on the website.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership or product within the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold PSDMarket.net harmless from any third-party claims related to your misuse of our content or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination of Account

PSDMarket.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
We may refuse to process payments or block access if we reasonably believe it poses a legal or financial risk.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
The latest version will always be available at https://psdmarket.net/terms-of-service.
By continuing to use our website, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
