Welcome to PSDmarket.net — an online marketplace for digital design products, including editable PSD templates and Print Designs for designers, marketers, print professionals and merchandise workflows.
By accessing or purchasing from PSDmarket.net, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PSDmarket.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase any of our products or Membership plans.
2. Use of the Website
PSD templates, Print Designs, images, previews, and text on PSDmarket.net are intended for personal and commercial design use in accordance with our File License Policy.
You may download and use licensed digital products for your own or client projects, and edit them where the delivered file format supports editing.
However, you agree not to:
- Resell, share, or redistribute original PSD, AI, PNG, JPG or other delivered source files or any restricted parts of them.
- Misrepresent PSDmarket.net templates or Print Designs as your own original source work.
- Use the site in a way that may harm its security or performance.
3. Membership & Payments
3.1 Membership Access
When you purchase a paid PSDmarket Membership plan, you gain access to eligible downloadable digital products, including PSD templates and Print Designs, during the active period or term of that access.
3.2 Payment Processing via Paddle.com
All payments and billing on PSDmarket.net are securely processed by our official reseller and payment partner Paddle.com.
Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders, managing payment processing, tax compliance (including VAT), and customer invoicing.
All customer support inquiries regarding billing and refunds are handled either by Paddle.com or directly by PSDmarket.net.
You can pay for your membership via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other supported payment methods available during checkout.
Some payment methods may include a small handling or conversion fee, depending on your bank or currency.
4. Membership Rules
- Membership access is personal and may only be used by real individuals aged 18 or older.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details (including email and password) secure.
- The access period is defined by the plan purchased and the terms shown at checkout. Current Yearly access is granted for one year, while Lifetime access has no scheduled expiry.
- Current PSDmarket Membership products do not create automatic renewals in the site’s membership system. Any future recurring billing arrangement must be shown explicitly during checkout before payment.
By downloading an item, you receive a non-exclusive license to use that digital product in accordance with the File License Policy.
This license does not grant ownership rights over the source files.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Our order process is conducted via Paddle.com, which also handles all customer service inquiries and refunds.
- If you purchase a single digital product and it doesn’t meet your needs, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase.
- If you purchased a Membership plan, you may request a refund within 60 days of the payment, subject to the current Refund Policy and payment-provider requirements.
- Refund requests should be sent to psdmarket.net@gmail.com or submitted through Paddle’s customer portal.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital products, designs, layouts, and creative content on PSDmarket.net are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted only the rights defined in our File License Policy.
You may:
- Use licensed PSD templates and Print Designs in personal or commercial design projects.
- Modify delivered source files for your own or client use where the product format supports editing.
- Create and sell finished physical products featuring licensed designs, including through print-on-demand services, and publicly display finished work in portfolios, advertising, social media, and physical-product listings, subject to the File License Policy.
You may not:
- Redistribute or sell original or modified PSD, AI, PNG, JPG or other delivered source files as source assets.
- Upload original or modified premium source files as downloadable design assets to other marketplaces or template websites. Listings for finished physical products made under the File License Policy are permitted.
- Use any PSDmarket.net materials for resale in stock platforms.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy.
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed exclusively by Paddle.com using secure, encrypted connections.
PSDmarket.net does not store full payment card details.
8. Cookies & Tracking
PSDmarket.net uses cookies to improve site functionality, remember user preferences, and analyze traffic.
By using the site, you consent to cookie usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
9. Liability & Indemnity
PSDmarket.net and its affiliates are not responsible for:
- Any loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from the use of our website or digital products.
- Technical interruptions, delays, or errors on the website.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership or product within the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold PSDmarket.net harmless from any third-party claims related to your misuse of our content or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination of Account
PSDmarket.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
We may refuse to process payments or block access if we reasonably believe it poses a legal or financial risk.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
The latest version will always be available at https://psdmarket.net/terms-of-service.
By continuing to use our website, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
