What license applies to free templates?
All free templates available on PSDmarket.net are shared under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This license allows you to use, modify, and redistribute our free PSD templates — even for commercial projects — provided that you give appropriate credit to PSDmarket.net.
You can use our free designs for personal, educational, or commercial work such as event flyers, posters, and social media promotions.

What license applies to premium templates?
All premium PSD templates and eligible Print Designs on PSDmarket.net are distributed under our own Unlimited Use License, unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
PSDmarket Unlimited Use License
Purchasing a premium PSD template or Print Design, or downloading an eligible product through an active PSDmarket Membership, grants you the right to:
✅ Use the downloaded design in unlimited personal or commercial projects.
✅ Edit, modify, and adapt the file to fit your design needs.
✅ Use the template for client work, including paid design services.
✅ Create, sell, and distribute finished physical products featuring the licensed design, including T-shirts, mugs, apparel, flyers, posters, and banners, including through print-on-demand services.
✅ Use individual design elements (icons, illustrations, text layouts) in new projects.
✅ Keep and reuse the files even after your membership expires.
✅ Publicly display finished designs and products in your portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and physical-product listings.
✅ Store template files on your device or cloud storage without time limits.
What is not allowed under the Unlimited Use License?
❌ Resell, share, or redistribute our original PSD, AI, PNG, JPG or other delivered source files or their internal assets.
❌ Upload or sell original or modified source files as downloadable design assets on stock marketplaces, template websites, or other platforms.
❌ Share unedited or raw source files with clients.
❌ Offer source files or their internal assets as standalone downloads, whether paid or free. Public previews of your finished work and listings for finished physical products are allowed.

The restrictions in the Unlimited Use License above apply to premium PSD templates and eligible Print Designs. Free templates remain subject to the CC BY 4.0 license stated at the top of this page.
What about stock photos?
Some templates may include stock images used for visual presentation only.
These images are sourced from Pexels.com and Pixabay.com, both of which provide free commercial licenses.
However, please note:
Certain images may contain identifiable people, logos, or trademarks that could require additional permissions for commercial use.
For complete legal safety, we recommend replacing demo images with your own licensed or copyright-free photos.
