Autumn Cleanup Premium Flyer PSD Template

Description

Autumn Cleanup Premium Flyer PSD Template

Promote fall lawn care and property cleanup with a warm rustic flyer. A dark wood background, autumn pumpkins, cream-and-gold typography, a framed service photograph and a circular discount badge make space for your services, business name and contact details.

Included in your download

• Layered Autumn-Cleanup-Premium.psd master template.
• Clean full-resolution JPEG and watermarked preview.
• Five font files with their license notices, plus an editing README.

Document and layer details

• 2700 × 3900 pixels, 300 ppi, 9 × 13 inches.
• RGB with an embedded sRGB profile.
• 31 text layers, 16 shape layers and 5 raster image layers, organized into 14 named groups.
• Separate background, upper pumpkin decoration, lower pumpkin accent, service photograph and readability shade.

Personalize the headline, service names and descriptions, business name, phone number, website, email and discount. The sample layout includes leaf removal, yard and garden cleanup, waste removal, final lawn mowing and gutter cleaning. Install Cormorant Garamond SemiBold, Barlow Regular, Barlow SemiBold, Barlow Condensed Bold and Yellowtail Regular from the included Fonts folder before editing.

Editing compatibility

A live text edit, PSD save and reopening were tested successfully in Photopea. Adobe Photoshop was not independently tested. Use an editor that preserves PSD Type layers; GIMP imports the text as raster layers. Keep a copy of the original before editing.

Before printing

Replace all sample business details and confirm that the listed services and offer match your business. The file is RGB and has no added bleed area. Ask your print provider about color conversion, bleed and final output requirements. The 300 ppi document setting does not increase the underlying detail of raster artwork.

Decorative details within each raster image are not individually layered. Longer replacement wording may need changes to size and position. Check the layout after editing and before printing. Website previews are watermarked; the purchased PSD and full-resolution JPEG are clean.
